When the original door we ordered did not perform well on the conditions our house was built, they stepped up, worked with us to find a superior product under the original warranty, and obtained an excellent outcome for us. I came to Accurate after a terrible experience with a different big box store. Chris Connors took great care of me. He was able to give me a quote quickly and was honest about the lead times that I should expect. The doors arrived on time at the shop with an easy pick up thanks to the team helping me load up. UPDATE July 2022 - we are fixed now, I did finally get in touch with someone there that communicated what was happening and really did push to get us fixed. Sounds like there were a number of problems with the supplier. While it took quite a while, I am overall happy with windows and their service.Original review:Incredibly disappointed in the service and support we've received from this company.
