What a great experience! Mike provided amazing support throughout the entire process, making sure I had the correct measurements, understood exactly what I was getting, and was happy with my doors. His communication and response time were impeccable and he was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I had a question. The experience was far better than dealing with a big-box store, and the doors themselves are excellent quality.
We had a great experience with AllGuard from beginning to end. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were willing to work with us on our custom plan for getting the most necessary windows replaced and then letting us determine how to proceed from there. We didn’t get any pressure to upgrade or purchase more than we needed or could afford. The end result was great and the install process was seamless.
