In preparation for our second child, we decided to clean our ducts/vents and dryer hose in our home. We have lived here for 3 years and it was unclear if the ducts had ever been cleaned. From the beginning, my experience with A Cleaner Carpet & Floodmasters was stellar. The staff on the phone to make the appointment were professional, communicative and asked important questions I didn't think of. The technicians from A Cleaner Carpet & Floodmasters arrived on time, were dressed professionally and used booties to work in the house. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. There was so much yuck that came out of ducts I don't even want to think about the air we were breathing beforehand. Now we feel confident to have our baby on the floor, near the vents and know that we are safe and our house has better air quality. We are so thankful to A Cleaner Carpet & Floodmasters of Colorado!
