First time at Creekside last week. I had a fairly serious issue with my 8 year old Persian. They were able to get me in right away. I felt confident and comfortable with the skill level and bedside manner of the entire staff. I did have to leave him overnight to complete the tests. I picked him up safe and sound the next day. I then called on Friday night after hours with a non-emergency question, not really expecting a call back that night. However, Dr. Grimes called me back within a few minutes answering my question. Impressive! I also think the fees charged were reasonable under the circumstances. I consider Creekside to be my new Veterinarian.
