The reason I chose to contact Colorado Inspection Limited is because of the quantity of 5 star reviews and where he is located (near Castle Rock, my preference is to keep the business local). The reason I selected CIL is because of my phone conversation with Nick, the owner, his construction background and prior experience, but also his business acumen and detailed explanation of how he inspected and how he takes care of his clients.
Nick was professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. He also took the time to give us helpful tips on improving our HVAC efficiency and the most cost-effective way to monitor radon levels.
Professional, thorough, and very helpful with explanations/advice on basic fixes. Nick did a great job and provided a very detailed report with photos and callouts. He pointed out issues I had not seen, and now I can get them fixed before they become big problems. Highly recommend.
