I've used inspection services multiple times, but I have never run into a more professional operation. Nick from Colorado Inspection Limited was the most thorough and personable inspector I have come into business. His inspection covered the gamet and gave me a complete understanding of the issues with my home, labeled with associated severity so that I could easily determine what to put into my exception response to seller. 5 star service highly recommended don't look for anyone else
Nick was great! He came recommended by two independent sources and did not disappoint. His inspection was thorough, and the report came back quickly. He made sure we understood everything he found and took the time to answer all of our questions.
We had him inspect our new-construction home before our builder warranty ran out. His report lets you select which items to submit to the builder and add your own notes, which saved me a lot of time putting my warranty claim together. I'd hire Nick at Colorado Inspection Limited again without hesitation.
I have worked with Nick in the past and he is top notch, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is also very kind and professional. I had questions after the inspection, reached out to him and he was quick to answer and was happy to help. I honestly would not trust anyone else to do the work. I would recommend Nick to everyone I know, Thank you so much!!!!
