If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the worst experience. We started this process in October 2024. It is now September 2025 and the building is still not complete. We contracted Cleary to build us a 60 x 80 building.They are very eager to sell and get that down payment but not so eager to actually get started on the work. They anticipated starting in March, didn’t actually get started until June and that was with me complaining a lot. They delivered materials to our property in poor condition, including 8 out of 11 windows being broken, warped and wet wood, wet, muddy insulation, scratched and muddy steel. The actual build was fast once we got started. The building itself is nice and looks great- but we had concrete work in our contract which has been a miserable experience that is just dragging on and on. They are just blaming it on a bad subcontractor who has been given deadlines to fix it that he’s not been held to. We’ve been told that this subcontractor has issues on multiple projects - yet CLEARY isn’t dealing with making it right— we are.. which is beyond frustrating. What ever you do DO NOT buy a barn from cleary! You will be super disappointed and spend more time and money than you plan.

I have waited a 2 years for my repairs from the original build….still not done. Took 2 years to get the county to finally approve permit due. I paid an outside contractor to help.

I have a 5 year warranty and they keep pushing me off and giving me excuses for why they can’t come.

I even said “I will pay someone else to come do repairs…give me materials or let me buy materials”. Good luck getting those materials.

I have a leak in roof and is covered under warranty but again no response.
