I bought this home with a Cleary building. The video will show the quality that the techs have when it comes to preventing snow and rain. I wish a disclosure had been made during the sale, now it’s my issue to fix. I understand that spray foam will eliminate the issue, just at a premium price. I’d expect better performance.

Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, lie after lie. The building took more than 3 times as long as it was supposed to, communication was basically non-existent, ended up having to involve corporate to get the structure finished, but they still never did complete the final dirt work tasks promised by the project manager and now will not even answer or return calls.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the worst experience. We started this process in October 2024. It is now September 2025 and the building is still not complete. We contracted Cleary to build us a 60 x 80 building.They are very eager to sell and get that down payment but not so eager to actually get started on the work. They anticipated starting in March, didn’t actually get started until June and that was with me complaining a lot. They delivered materials to our property in poor condition, including 8 out of 11 windows being broken, warped and wet wood, wet, muddy insulation, scratched and muddy steel.
