Ethan is a great guy and excellent technician. I was extremely impressed by the fact that he was willing to and worked hard to repair the problem in lieu of just buying new parts to charge a lot of money. I seem to be having these problems lately where I am running out of heat and being told my humidification system needs parts. I think it might be wise to send Ethan or someone else over that is a certified technician to verify all the work I am being told needs repaired or replaced.
