In 40 classes with Will at Endorphin I feel far more confident my body will hang in there with hiking, distance walking and skiing. I have more strength and flexibility and less pain. What’s not to like? I depend on this and the setting is cheerful and efficient. I turn 70 next year and haven’t felt better in 20 years.
I take classes and find each one increases my strength and flexibility the teachers are very knowledgeable in their craft. Today I thought what a great place to workout. Everyone is very kind and friendly. And the studio provides great space, equipment and a hot sauna too!
I used to be a member of Eagle Ranch Fitness before Endorphin took over. In the last two years, I stepped away fromClubs Mainly because of Covid. In fall 2022, I joined Endorphin and couldn't be more delighted with the enthusiasm and professionalism of the teachers and trainers.I'm also glad to be ableTo continue strengthening my body.The staff is so friendly and willing to listen to me if I have questions.If they had a pool, I'd be in that too!!
