Russ is awesome! He made himself available after business hours to fix my car key fob. It had broken into pieces and I was having to drive my car with all the parts in a ziplock bag. Grateful to have someone like Russ in our valley!

I needed some extra keys made for a vehicle last fall. Eagle Lock and Key ordered in the correct fob and programmed them for my vehicle. Fair price and great service. Fast forward 7 months- my daughter broke both fobs. Eagle Lock stopped by and pieced the two together so my daughter still has a working key! Highly recommend!

Had a 2003 Buick Century that the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition. Called Russ, he figured out the problem including figuring out the anti theft device issue and fixed it all. His customer service was excellent and a very fair price…would highly recommend….I would give him six stars or more if I could….
