He made himself available after business hours to fix a broken car key fob. Russ ordered in the correct fob and programmed keys for a vehicle, and even pieced together broken fobs to make a working key. He figured out a 2003 Buick Century ignition problem, including an anti-theft device issue, and fixed it all. His customer service was excellent, and he offered a fair price.
