Our black lab Chiffon just spent almost two weeks at Willow Tree kennels while we were on vacation in Boston. She is a twelve year old retired Guide Dog for the Blind who we raised as a puppy. She came back to us when she retired and is a very special old girl. Willow Tree did a wonderful job of taking care of her, and meeting her every need. What a kind, professional, and animal caring group! Our dog Daisy boarded there for 5 days and came home happy and content. She even ran back in twice to say hi to them. We highly recommend Willow Tree.
Our kitty has had to do a longer than average stay (just over a month) but I am so thankful for Willow Tree in that time. She has been well loved there. They have taken excellent care, always kept her kennel clean, and write down daily updates on her care. Each day they take note of litter box use, how much food was eaten, and how she interacts with the workers. My cat is not the most social but I actually feel like she’s become more outgoing with the care and attention of Willow Tree. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful kennel.
