Scheduled their cleaning services with a $250 deposit. Canceled multiple times with with different excuses after they already missed the scheduled time after multiple calls from us, she never reached out to us to let us know she wasn’t coming. Asked for our deposit back after a third no show and no communication for a rescheduled day and now have been blocked and will not return our money. An absolute terrible experience.

Kelsey did an incredible job cleaning our place when we moved out. Super thorough deep clean! She was also very flexible with changing the day and time of our appointment because weather impeded our moving schedule. I would highly recommend her- you get what you pay for with Kelsey!
