Love this place. It truly is a spa experience. I've never had anything besides massage here but I've come over 8x because I love the vibe here. You get a luxurious robe and a drink (mimosa, wine, tea, etc) with your massage, the showers and bathrooms are very nice as well. It's too bad shealynn is leaving, she was absolutely amazing. Best massage I've ever had every single time. Super intuitive masseuse. Highly recommend!
Great experience start to finish! Beautiful, peaceful, and great massage by a therapist who listened to my needs! One thing I really appreciated about the facility itself is that it doesn't have a bunch of new age feel and statues of stone gods that I have no belief in. I don't need to hear about the balancing of my "energy" or any of that. When I go get a massage, I just want to relax and feel better afterward. This establishment delivers on that, for sure!
AMAZING. We have a Woodhouse in Fort Worth that I'd never tried, but if this spot is any indication, I'll definitely be stopping in again. For starters, the vibes here are simply perfect: everything smells amazing and the location is right off the Animas River. The views from the relaxation waiting area are stunning. The receptionist took me back right away and ushered me to a changing area. I received a comfortable robe, slippers, and a locker for my things. Once changed, I was ushered to a separate waiting area that was frankly immaculate. There was a wall fire place and amazing view of the river and trail. It was a perfect way to unwind before my massage. I received a warm neck pillow that smelled amazing as well as my choice of beverage, which was complimentary and included champagne or mimosas. I had the cinnamon tea, which was delicious. The ambiance of sitting to wait for my massage while sipping a warm tea and seeing the river flowing gently really set the tone. My aesthetician, Tina, was also excellent. She was running a little behind, but was super considerate of my time. After ensuring I didn't need to be out by a specific time, she made sure to give me my full time. I had the 50 minute Himalayan salt stone massage. Everything about the experience was perfection. Tina is truly excellent at her craft and really facilitated a calm, relaxing environment for me while also providing a quality massage that relieved many of my aches and pains from skiing. I truly felt rejuvenated after the experience. On another note, they do sell several wellness and skin care products here (I ended up purchasing a few). Parking here was also relatively simple, though be warned that the entry was a bit tight given the snow accumulation. Overall, I loved my time here and will for sure be back next time I'm in Durango. I may even book a time for myself to check out the Fort Worth location!
