She cares about you and wants to make sure that what she’s doing and what you’re doing at home work together to prevent irritation. I don’t get waxed very often, but my experience here was wonderful. Gretchen did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and she made the process very smooth and easy. And the results are just amazing, I’m usually a very sensitive skinned person and this was very gentle in my opinion.
