Good holistic dentist, kind, respectful, relaxed atmosphere. Dr Streitzel is genuinely caring and considerate, very knowledgeable about many details that most dentists do not share, and takes the time to explain and listen to my concerns. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is it is hard to get in touch with them during the limited time they are open, and mainly because there is a lack of follow through whenever I've left messages or email. This has happened at least a few times since I started coming in 2020. Recently I called a day after my visit, requesting a treatment plan and filling materials used. No response after one week. The best dentist in Durango. Over time has replaced mercury fillings and had crowns done. Very pleased with the work that has been finished. Dale Strietzel is wonderful. The dental hygienist Cindy Bell is wonderful too. Highly recommend.
Dr. Strietzel is a very compassionate dentist who cares about his patients. He is skilled and gentle and I really appreciate the way he talks over options with me to help me make informed decisions about my dental health.
