Sanct Salon is a sanctuary of calm, offering a warm, modern, and clean vibe. It is a cute spot in a great space with great parking. The stylists are exceptional and amazing, doing lovely and great work with meticulous craftsmanship. They listen, help figure out what you need, and provide super awesome complete change haircuts. The salon is passionate about holistic, clean, and healthy products, using organic styling products and ammonia-free hair color. Their sustainable practices and safer products mean hair feels fresh and clean without an overpowering scent. Clients have never loved their hair this much after leaving a salon. It is highly recommended.
After a few bad experiences I am usually timid with trusting new hair stylists, but Kendra knocked it out of the park! She was capable of creating the exact style I was looking for and the entire experience was great from start to finish. You can tell that every little detail is intentionally curated both within the adorable space and throughout the session. The treatment I received was “The Works” and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend trying out Sanct Salon.
I visited Sanct Salon while in town for an elopement. Kendra, the owner, worked with me to do my hair and makeup and was AMAZING. I can’t recommend her salon and her work enough. The salon was so cute, smelled amazing and the plants and natural light and her chill playlist created a relaxing and welcoming environment. The products themselves were very clean and smelled great - I was so impressed. Her sweet beagle was there napping which I loved. She kindly offered a snack or water, too. Sanct Salon is a hidden gem in Durango. It’s an intimate, calm, safe-space kind of salon—completely free of the loud, chaotic, gossip-filled energy you get in bigger spots. It’s one of the few places where I can actually relax, breathe, and focus on me for a bit. I also love that they use low-tox hair color products and have a recycling program to help minimize waste, which makes the whole experience feel even better.
