I visited OPT for a couple months for hip and back pain. As a prior spine fusion patient, hip arthroscopy patient, and endurance athlete I have been to many physical therapists for various injuries in the past decade plus. I relocated from Scottsdale, AZ to Durango, CO last summer and was so lucky to find these guys! I saw a few different PTAs which were all EXCELLENT and Andre was my PT. I was able to learn new basics and simple exercises that had a positive impact. I have had personal training and was previously advised by PTs "proper form for lifting weights etc. What I learned here was different, very beneficial, and made sense. I am so pleased with Andre, and the whole staff at Ohana. I had such a great surgical outcome, due to Andre. He knows his stuff, and the staff are all very kind and helpful. Thank you for all your help. ❤️

OPT has helped me in the time frame I was there ..unfortunately I had to Cease my Therapy due to other factors that prevents me from giving my all ..but the few weeks that I was going.. Carolyn,Brie and Shannon have been amazing.. Brie still using that exercise that helps me turn without pain. Cannot thank you enough.. Oh before I forget shout out to Trina I do believe you are an amazing person and worker... Carolyn you made me feel comfortable with my initial visits...I thank you ..
