This was my first time getting facial filler, and honestly, I was scared. I was worried about the pain, and even more worried I might end up looking “fake.” I was put at ease by Amy at the front desk, who was so sweet and reassuring. She applied numbing cream and had me relax in a lovely, calm waiting room that helped soothe my nerves.

When it was time for the procedure, I was lucky to be in the hands of Lorraine, RN :) She was amazing! Kind, skilled, and incredibly professional. The injections were far less painful than I expected, and the results? They exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled to say I look at least 10 years younger, and best of all, it looks natural!
