Technician Josh arrived as scheduled and on-time after a text alert. He was prompt to diagnose the problem with my system, and very knowledgable about the repair required. Josh was polite and tolerant of all my questions. I would definitely use Garrhs again and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our tech was Shane and he’s a delight. Got the job done quickly, courteously, and professionally. He came with the equipment needed for the job and our AC was up and running in one trip. Cost TBD but Shane is priceless.

Very informative regarding what he was doing, parts that needed replacing, and helpful tips to keep the system operating smoothly often w/o great expense. I am very satisfied.
