Anahit’s work completely transformed my perspective of my reality and my truth. I had experienced a lifetime of personal people-pleasing in all of my relationships and learned through deep healing of past traumas how to reclaim my masculinity and actually shape and define a life I actually want to live. Us as humans have so little guidance when it comes to the transition periods in our lives, and without her coaching, I would still be lost in how to define and retake joy, happiness, and calm with myself. Anahit greatly surpassed our expectations of what couples therapy entails! We were a couple on very unstable ground when we arrived to our first session, but Anahit provided not only amazing and accurate insight into our problems, but gave us tools to fix the problems. She provided us an outlet we didn't know we had!! I can't recommend her enough!! She is great as a guide to help anyone find their way to living a more fulfilling life!!
I had never heard of NLP until I met Alexandria. I had a severe picking problem that I was ready to kick. In a few deep sessions she helped me uncover the timing of my habit and why I do it. Very deep reprogramming that helped me dive into my subconscious. Other than EMDR I’ve never done work like this before. I’m not gonna lie, it was challenging for me at times but Alexandria holds space so beautifully and intuitively knew when I needed extra support and guidance. I highly recommend her work!
