They create a gentle, safe, and secure environment, going above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. The approach is thorough and refreshing, devoid of the typical rush of medical offices. Patients report lasting positive impacts from treatments, including lower anxiety, improved self-talk, more self-confidence, and restored mobility. The care and attention from the entire team is excellent, with many describing it as the best healthcare experience. The clinic works with patients' schedules and provides genuine help, focusing on recovery. It is a wonderful and life-saving place that comes with the highest recommendation.
As a retired pharmacist and current mental health counselor, I was very interested in experiencing ketamine for myself and seeing how it would impact my state of mind and possibly prove helpful to some of my own clients. My therapist recommended Ketamine treatments for trauma. The doctors and staff at Elevated Medicine have gone above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable with the Ketamine therapy. Never having experienced such a therapy I was very hesitant. The gentle approach and safe and secure environment is five stars.
Dr. Vivolo and his staff were so incredibly helpful and informative. They were willing to work with my chaotic schedule and give me the best advice for my injury, De Quervain’s. You can tell that Dr. Vivolo is truly trying to help and not just sell me on a procedure or medication. I can’t thank them enough for helping me recovery quickly and get back to playing guitar!
