BJ with Element Plumbing was excellent. He took the time to carefully assess and solve the issue while working efficiently and professionally. He was friendly and respectful — I felt at ease having him in my home. I highly recommend Element Plumbing and BJ!

BJ was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He did a great job explaining the issue with our on demand heater, described the troubleshooting steps (taught me how to flush the system), and provided advice on resolution. Will continue to use Element in the future.

I called this company because they had great ratings on the Internet and I needed a plumber that day as my water heater went out completely. It had been malfunctioning for a while. I knew I was due for a new heater. They (Roy and Tom- both experienced plumbers) were able to come out that afternoon.
They showed up earlier than expected, which was amazing. They were at my house from 130 until 1030 that night getting my water heater installed. There were a few issues with how things work in my house and they made sure it was working to the very end.
They also came back the next day to do a final check And make sure everything was flawless.... read full review
