I called Tyler today in a panic over display issues in my old MacBook and he very calmly and patiently talked me out of wasting a ton of money on a replacement display. He also took the time to talk me (someone who knows nothing about computers) through the steps to back up my computer before troubleshooting the issue. I really appreciate his help and kindness, thank you so much! I will certainly be a loyal customer in the future.
