For many years, with many dogs, our experiences here been wonderful. We know dogs get sick, and more often than not, dog illness and sickness are often a mystery leading to their death. We never expect miracles and we do not blame vets for our dogs becoming ill and/or dying. We have always received compassion from the entire staff and professional knowledge from the vets. Every time we've euthanized a dog, they send us a sympathy card signed by staff, each member writing a nice message. My wife and I feel they care and that's what we would expect from an animal hospital. They are not miracle workers, nor would I expect them to be. They are caring humans, ding their honest best, and that's what is important to us.

Dr. Hawkins took care of an emergency with our boy Deets last night, she was amazing! Great Dr, super with him given she had to take him out of the truck because of Covid restrictions. So thankful for her and Durango Animal Hospital! Thank you!
