Cottonwood Family Health is a practice where patients feel valued and cared for. Their providers, including Dr. Ciotti and Dr. Clarkinson, are patient, thorough, and compassionate, taking the time to listen and address concerns in a calming and effective manner. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nursing staff, is wonderful and dedicated to providing exceptional care. They prioritize their patients' welfare, explaining things thoroughly and making them feel like more than just a number.
My annual physical was with Cara Caldwell. The office staff were kind, efficient, and helpful. Cara took the time to listen to my concerns, was very thorough, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cottonwood Family Health and Cara Caldwell.
I have been seen by both Dr. Jay Ciotti and today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Clarkinson. Both practitioners were patient, thorough, and compassionate about my welfare. I am so happy to have found a practice where I feel like I'm not just another number. Dr. Clarkinson is an asset to the Ciotti's practice and we are lucky to have him practicing in Durango. He really took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing and helped me address them in a calming, effective manner. He explains things thoroughly. Everyone at the front desk (Natasha) and the nursing staff (Shannon) is wonderful and literally took time to tell me to stop and smell the roses. Thank you!
