Jessie was amazing! He went out of his way to explain everything and gave us tips on features we can use on our LG washing machine and dryer. He was very personable and we’d certainly request him again!

Andres was very polite. He worked diligently and efficiently leaving a clean area. I had him install two faucets plus he had cleaned and flushed my tankless. I would ask for Andres Olguin at Carter Services again! Five Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is by far the worst review I have ever written and by far the worst service from any company I have ever received. To make a very exhausting and long story short I had no hot water in my house for seven weeks because of this company. I had numerous technicians come out numerous times and each one told me the problem was different. They told me in the main office that they were ordering parts.
