Caroline is one of the most honest and sincere people I have known and she is VERY good at her job! She is a straight forward communicator and a top notch professional. I say kudos to her to be able to work out of her home office, she used to work out of an office in town which is probably why she had a down town address as the previous reviewer mentioned. By the way, I would not put too much validity in the previous bad review, there are always two sides to every story!“
