I needed a water main shutoff valve installed in a convenient location to eliminate trips into the crawl space (no, make that a wiggle space). Dealing with Altitude was easy, upfront, and professional all the way from the first contact to the finished job! Colin kept in touch about arrival time and was prompt. Like a true pro, he assessed the situation, gave me a few options, thought about the best approach and then did a superb job! Finally! A high quality, responsive, very knowledgeable, and very nice plumber in our area! Colin started with some smaller, yet difficult, plumbing repairs that stumped others. He was creative and got those done right the first time. We then had him replace our 30 year old boiler which feeds our radiant heating system (that wasn't installed correctly). He did a totally professional job and fixed the system so it now works properly and much more efficiently. He was easy to communicate with, always showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with.
