My masseuse was very friendly and applied the perfect pressure. I received a 2 hour massage with some add ons. Some options that are common as massage spas were not offered here, such as a foot scrub. The down time between getting hot towels and hot stones etc seemed a bit long, I felt like that took away from the relaxing nature of it a bit.
Overall I was happy an relaxed when I left.
I can’t say enough good things about Jenell. She has the warmest, kindest energy! Her massage technique was super unique and intentional. She was able to relax my neck and shoulders unlike any other massage therapist I’ve been to. The ambience, the decor, the music, the self-care guidance -wonderful. Thank YOU!
2 of us had massages. They were both just fair/ok. They were relaxing, but neither of us received anything near the deep tissue we both booked & the hard pressure we both requested on the intake. They did have last minute availability, which was great.
I booked online the day prior. I received no confirmation through email, text, or call. So I emailed them, texted them, & left them a voice mail asking for confirmation.
