Highly recommend Saya Ahn!
Saya creates an incredibly safe, warm, and welcoming space from the very first session. As a somatic healing therapist, she has a wonderful ability to help you connect with your body and release stress you didn't even know you were holding onto. She listens deeply, guides with immense gentleness, and never rushes the process. If you are looking to heal, ground yourself, and feel genuinely supported, Saya is amazing.
I have recently been working with Saya and she’s the real deal. I don’t know how to describe what she’s doing but I know how I feel afterwards. AMAZING. She is helping me realign but also letting go of some stagnant energy that has plagued me forever. Her healing touch, massage, energy work and stretching is some of the best I have ever had in Denver.
I have spent many years in the healing and self mastery world. Saya is a rare commodity coming from generations of healers. She brings these multiple generations as well as this lifetime of healing to bare on helping souls find their true selves and heal emotional and physical trauma’s .
