I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again. On the coldest day in winter, February 2022, Ray came right out to check on our furnace which quit working. He installed a furnace and hot water heater in one day, and gave us what felt like a fair, honest price. He took pride in his work, and left the space clean. We've enjoyed the hot water and hot air all winter and spring, so when our HVAC quit working, we called Ray right away. Similarly, he installed a brand new, higher end, larger unit, and it is freezing in our house now! Just in time for the heat of summer. He is friendly, professional, and we will always go back to Ray and Mercury Heat and Air.Services: Installation
