Fidelitone provides exceptional service with friendly and thorough delivery men who go above and beyond. They are careful and efficient, making the delivery experience pleasant. The staff is cool and helpful, making it a good place to unload.
They were great. Called and texted their ETA in advance. It wasn't an easy move either. We had to get creative about how to get the couch into my townhome (which ended up being over a small fence) but they were really patient at discussing options and placement, even though I had to take a phone call mid way through. They also assisted with my second delivery, which required moving some other furniture around to get things to fit. They were incredibly helpful for both deliveries. Definitely recommend.
The delivery crew was excellent. They communicated with us about their eta, arrived on time, were extremely respectful and polite. They worked quickly to move the furniture in and set everything up. They went over instructions with us. They cleaned everything up after set up. Overall a great experience and happy to have worked with these 2 excellent humans!
Delivery team showed up on time. Went right to work.
Took time and care moving everything into place for assembly.
Nice young men. Very professional and you could tell they took pride in their work.
