John and his helper showed up timely and analyzed the electrical problem I had. After some short tests he decided what needed done to correct the problem and provided an estimate, which I felt was reasonable so I signed an agreement to proceed with the replacement of an electrical breaker. He didn't have that type on his truck so after he got one from a local supply store he changed out the bad one with a new one and the job was done.
