John was very kind and did extra research to be sure what he was going to do would solve our electrical issue. He also provided a plan for just in case. He also was very prompt and prepared.
John did a great job. I'd be happy to call him back for my future electric needs. The price seemed to be a little more than i initially expected it to be. But John was straight forward with the quote right from the beginning. After i saw what he had to do, it wasn't as extreme as I initially thought. The man worked diligently and hard.
John showed up promptly on time (to the minute), politely listened to my description of the problems, and fixed them promptly. Whole experience was professional, courteous, and pleasant. Not to mention highly affordable, a rarity these days!! Highly recommend
