From the first call, I felt like I was being heard and that my problem was being taken very seriously. He squeezed me into the schedule same day, for a repair he doesn't typically do, so we could start using our kitchen again. He was very efficient, knowledgable, and kind. Even gave me advice/guidance on some other home repairs we want to tackle in the future. After it was all said and done, the cost came out far less than I anticipated and was very affordable. I will, without a doubt, be using PQ plumbing in the future and highly recommend them!
Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with! He answered my call right at 5 pm and was at my house an hour and a half later to troubleshoot my installation of a smart thermostat. Everything appeared to be in working order that evening, but I woke up to a very chilly house the next morning. A quick text to Pete and he was there within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in a few hours. He was professional, courteous and explained his work in a way that I could understand.
