All of my animals see Dr. Natalie. She is straightforward and friendly. Her staff, especially Deb, are awesome as well. I can bring them in to her office or she will make farm calls, which can be very helpful.
I typically refrain from writing reviews unless I believe it is essential for the community to be aware of an establishment that has provided outstanding service. Mesa Vet has not only delivered exceptional care but also came to our aid when my 12-year-old Yorkie was gravely ill, and we felt lost after consulting with other veterinarians. I will not name the other practices, but they were insistent on upfront payment for services, and during a recent visit, the veterinarian expressed uncertainty about the next steps for my dog. The staff are fantastic, but the vet doesn't seem overly concerned about the animals getting their prescriptions in a timely manner. I've had to make multiple calls as well as stopping by for over 2 weeks trying to get a written prescription. And I'm still waiting. I understand being very busy, but if she wants an animal on medication, there has to be a better way.
