Typical Murpy's Law situation, late afternoon on a Friday and we are facing an semi-urgent issue. After several unsuccessful calls to other companies in the area, I called AAA Septic. Ken answered almost immediately, and was more than accommodating; got us onto his schedule for Monday morning. We were having to travel from 3 hours away to meet him and he stayed in contact with me over the weekend, and the morning of so that we knew exactly when he would arrive. Ken and all the employees are very tentative and professional. You don’t expect such a jovial personality from somebody that’s in this line of work. His knowledge of septic systems goes beyond, and he can find a problem that’s invisible to the common person. I’d recommend AAA Septic for any needs in the 💩 arena.
