The company shows up at 10 am when they was scheduled to be here at 7 am, to core 10 holes for me. They guy told me that he would not clean up after himself and that it was on me to follow him around and clean up his mess, I told him that he was responsible for his mess, and he got anger and walked off the job and started cussing at me. Very unprofessional and very rude. Will never use this company.

We had a good experience with customer service in the office. This person was very pleasant to deal with and she got us a concrete cutter in one day who did an excellent job . He cut the concrete out where we needed it cut and even returned a second time for a special bore.
