Roto Rooter provides fast and helpful service, often on the same day, to fix plumbing issues such as clogged kitchen sinks and main line problems. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to resolve major problems. The office staff, including receptionists, are also very friendly and helpful, making the experience a positive one for customers.
We had a gas Leak in our house that we were lead to believe was actually a leak in the septic/sewer system. We've had other companies out trying to detect the problem and Roto Rooter was finally able to their first time out. They were booked out for a few weeks and were able to squeeze us in and get the problem fixed right away. We are super greatful for them, as this could have ended much worse. Thank you guys SO much!!!
I had an outside drip system issue that got bigger and more complicated the more Josh diagnosed it!! So the price got bigger as well! But, to manage careful watering in this time of drought, an accurate drip system is crucial. Josh worked diligently to find the correct parts and get them installed carefully with minimal disruption to exterior stucco!!! Many thanks 😊
Josh, the technician who repaired the valve on the water pipe was patient, polite, and did a great job! There was mold on the garage wall from the valve leaking so much and when my husband went out to check the repair he found that Josh had even wiped the mold off the wall. Thank you Josh!
