We had a great experience with this company. I called regarding an ongoing issue, and Greg answered right away. After I explained the problem, which had been occurring for several months, he came to my home within a few hours to assess the situation.
We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the repairs, and he arrived early and completed the work efficiently. I trusted him to enter the home while I was at work and left cash payment on the counter. I accidentally overpaid by one dollar, and he kindly left the extra amount on the counter.

These guys showed up on a Saturday, did what they could, (unfortunately we have a bigger problem than a plugged pipe). They marked the outside where the problem was for us. Then, when we got the charge today, they cut us a huge discount, I guess out of sympathy. Very much appreciated!

We had been having some issues with our septic that started back in June of this year. we had bought and closed on the house at the end of 2023. Prior to the purchase we had the septic pumped and inspected. We had contacted the original installer and after a week of calling and leaving messages I finally got a response and sent them some photo's and asked to be put on their schedule and heard nothing back from them. When our alarm went off again I took photo's of the lift tank and sent them these pictures and asked them to please schedule us so we can find out what the problem was.
