Masterworks has always been a godsend when needed. Recently, I had a water leak that resulted in some damage to my house. Masterworks fixed the leak and also double checked my heating equipment to make sure that it was not damaged from the water. The insurance adjuster commented that she had never received such detailed invoices and immediately authorized them for payment.

I am writing this review from my warm and cozy home thanks to Masterworks. My furnace stopped working Friday afternoon right before we were predicted to have below freezing temperatures for the weekend. I called Masterworks in a panic and they made time for me, a brand new customer, in their busy schedule before the weekend. Thank you Masterworks!!
