Viva Salon and Spa - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

When I originally called to make an appointment I had to leave four messages before I got a return call. This was seven weeks ago. I called yesterday morning to confirm my appointment for yesterday afternoon and didn't get a callback. I show up and the place is locked up and I called again asking what's going on and no call back. Don't waste your time even attempting to get an appointment with this rude person.

So far I've just visited the website looking for Aveda products, and I'm leaving a disappointed review. It is a Friday afternoon (It's even the 1st First Friday for 2022 in Cortez). The website site says they don't open again until Monday? To me it seems today would have been a very good day for business....but what do I know? The website was the only good thing and I sure do hope they are open regularly on the weekends! ?‍♀️

I have been a customer here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Jen has done an amazing job with with bayalage, dying my hair purple, styling, cuts, highlights, and everything else. Everyone I have met at this salon has been friendly and professional.Services: Hair coloring
