I can't say enough about the staff at the plumbing store. They let me know they were short staffed and helped me get a much needed part. When it arrive they completely went above and beyond to deliver the part to our office so our 75 yr old father in law could have water. Thank you soo much!!

Once again we were able to walk in and hand them the part that needed to be replaced. They knew exactly what it was, walked right over to the shelf, and got it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

If this plumbing store were a restaurant, Id give it 5 stars, OK, perhaps its a little strange to compare a plumbing store with a restaurant. But, its the truth, When you first walk in, you feel as though you'll be lost in the hundreds of bins and shelving units, Like you'll get laughed at if you don't know the difference between a thingamajig and a Whatsit. Totally not true! The customer service is OUTSTANDING, Their willingness to help get you projects done is top notch. The last time I showed up with a strange project, (Not having to do with plumbing at all, but my search for parts led me there.) Two of the employees were more than eager to help me get the parts I need, even suggesting another store. So, I guess I'm pretty stoked about plumbing.. Who isn't?
