“Kevin and Inside Out lock came to my house to replace a spring in my door and locking mechanism of the door. It was a Windsor Door and Kevin co tatted Windsor and explained the problem and Windsor sent a replacement part. Unfortunately they sent the wrong replacement part and Kevin explained the problem to them and they corrected their error. Kevin made 3 trips to my house to make sure the correct part worked and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Inside Out and Kevin.“
