I valled to make an appointment speaking with the owner. I explained I will be driving from a neighboring state (65miles) so I had a specific date.
She gave me an appointment tome snd we again repeated the date.
I arrived about 10 minutes early and she proceeded to tell me my appointment was for the day before, I stated no and remind her of our conversation. All she could say was Sorry.
I will never call again and will advise others not to go to her.
Even spoke to a lady in WalMart who stated the lady sure has changed and decided not to use her at all.

worst nail salon ever!!! wouldn’t even remove acrylics and said she was fully booked after we called 5 minutes before and said she’d do them for 20 dollars. worst attitude as well.

She cut three of my fingers. She never asked me what shape or length or what I wanted to do with my nails. Her shape is really off.
There’s no apex and it’s lumpy she used what looked like a paint brush. The stuff in her salon doesn’t look clean.
Please please don’t go here to get your nails done. Go to someone who is more qualified! Spend the extra money for someone who knows how to take care of their clients nails.
