Absolutely horrible experience. My mother booked an appointment to get her hair layered and feathered. The stylist barely cut anything and made the comment “you hair is a mess”. My mother’s hair is well nourished and thin. She’s been growing her hair out for several years and for this to be the first experience at a salon is horrific. Natalie you should be ashamed to call yourself a stylist, go back to school or stick to buzz cuts.
