Customer service is fantastic, always on time, pricing is fair, billing is easy and clear. It would be nice if they didn't charge for the extra bag of trash once or twice a year, but that's probably hard to keep track of and some people might abuse it.

I've been a customer for a little under a year but am moving across state. Never had any issues with their service, but today they went above and beyond. I don't know if it's because they saw my moving trailer or they just happened to have extra room, but they took out my normal trash load earlier and came back an hour or so to grab my bin again, completely by surprise. Anyone who has moved out before knows how much trash it can create, and it was a tremendous help to have my bin emptied again. It's easy to take trash service for granted, but they totally made my this morning, as simple as that may sound. 10 out of 10!
