Technician Billy fixed a problem furnace I’d struggled with since I bought my home in 2018. Sporadic heating and thermostat difficulties were frustrating!!! Billy was so knowledgeable and his investigative qualities pinpointed the furnace issue quickly. I was then able to connect WIFI to my Google Nest thermostat within the hour! I had been working on connecting the Nest to furnace and WIFI for hours and hours. The fault was a furnace issue. I praise Technician Billy to the highest degree!!!! Thank you Comfort Air!!!!
