We contacted several contractors within our area. Don immediately responded and came over with his people in order to give us the best price on our kitchen and master bathroom. He gave us a reasonable price for the work we wanted and promised to complete the work within our deadline. I must say that they did a fantastic job on our remodel. Don and his crew remodeled our kitchen, masterbath and powder room. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, their pricing was exceptional. His work is professional and he cares about his clients. They not only did a great job but they completed the work a week ahead of schedule. We loved his work so much, we just signed another contract for him to enlarge our deck as well as install a metal roof for us. If you are looking for an honest, professional builder, Don and his crew are your guys! Almost forgot, he also does not take cash advances, he bills you for work that is completed, no money up front. We've lived in Conifer for 14 years, and for the past 13 years, we've had Gray Eagle Builders work on our home. I read Randi's review, and I know how Don works -- and as I read Randi's review - I see how things could have worked out --- Randi and Don were initially talking theoretically - when Don said 35 to 55k - that was probably based on limited discussion -- and then 5 months later, when Don put the pencil to paper - the real dollar amount was realized (I hate it when people ask me for pricing - off the cuff .. this kind of disagreement or misunderstanding happens often - due to - Off the Cuff discussion) Like I said, I've had Don work on... read full review
