I am very pleased with the recent work we had done on our hi-ranger, we have a large project coming up and needed our truck by a certain date, the members at Terex went above and beyond to come in on schedule even after a few repair changes. Josh was extremely communicative with updates on our vehicle about repairs, took the time to explain their estimate and showed the parts on our unit that were going to be replaced. Ashley in the office was prompt and responsive with emails, the team members did an excellent job on our 10 year service, our boom has never run smoother. Great customer service and affordable . Took my machine in for a rotation bearing and the team was able to get it installed and back in the dirt in 2 weeks! Thanks for the hard work!
Our Genie was due for an inspection and we needed to find someone that would come on site to do the task. Terex was the only company we found that had the ability to send a tech to our facility. Upon my first communication with the Terex team, I was set up with an account and scheduled for a visit very quickly. Our tech arrived early and was able to complete the inspection ahead of schedule. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, flexible and kind. Terex truly made the entire process so easy and smooth. I wish all my vendor communications were as positive. We'll gladly call them for any future needs!
